The Unit Customer Liaison assists members of the health care team to provide care based on hospital and regulatory policies and procedures.
The UCL also assists patient care under the direct supervision of a registered professional nurse according to policies and procedures of the hospital and the State Nurse Practice Act, and collaborates with other members of the health care team
