Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Real Estate Associate to join our team. As a Real Estate Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various marketing and sales initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote real estate properties
- Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts and email newsletters
- Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales materials and presentations
- Assist in organizing and attending open houses, property showings, and other promotional events
- Support the team in managing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing

Requirements:

- Preferred licensed with some sort of transaction history
- Some experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role
- Proficient in using CRM databases and tools to organize data and measure campaign performance
- Proficient in Canva or similar design software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the real estate business and professionalism are a must
- Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
- Graphic skills with attention to detail

Pay:

- You will have a base salary, with a monthly bonus structure where you will have the opportunity to make more based on your pre-listing appointments, showings, open houses, etc!
