We are currently looking to fill one of our 1st Shift Material Handlers (7:00AM-3:00PM, Monday-Friday) in our Die Cutting Department .

Your Role

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assure each die cutter has loads prepared and aerated prior to production, by looking at the production schedule and communicating with the die-cutting operators
• Follow PFD instructions to fulfill daily production requirements
• Help assist the operators meet or exceed quality and production waste goals
• Adhere to all plant safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Keep work area clean throughout shift
• All other duties as assigned by management

Your Profile

Desired Skills and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent (required)
• Experience in operating manual and power assisted pallet jacks (preferred)
• Experience in a folding carton manufacturing plant (preferred)
• Able to read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
• Basic math skills
• Self-driven; work independently
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Detail oriented
• Problem solving skills
