Duties:
- Safely operate a bus to transport passengers to and from designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers, ensuring a positive and comfortable experience
- Follow established routes and schedules, while also being flexible to accommodate any necessary changes
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including individuals with disabilities or special needs
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for passengers
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, prioritizing the safety of passengers and other road users
- Monitor passenger behavior and enforce rules to maintain a respectful and peaceful atmosphere on the bus
- Communicate effectively with passengers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are highly desirable
- Experience in customer service or childcare is preferred
- Ability to manage passenger behavior effectively, especially when dealing with children or seniors
- Strong communication skills to interact with passengers of diverse backgrounds and ages
- Ability to educate passengers on safety procedures and provide assistance as needed
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, as it allows for better communication with a wider range of passengers
