Who We Need!
We are looking for an experienced fleet manager with proven skills related to organization and critical thinking. The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience and be able to travel between our 6 offices.

Responsibilities

• Work with vendors and dealerships to source new vehicles that meet company standards
• Implement a proactive maintenance schedule for all vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Track and monitor vehicle performance to ensure up-time service, comebacks, and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to fleet operations, including fleet logs, fleet software, DOT requirements, vehicle documentation, and employee feedback
• Maintain accurate records of all vehicles, including mileage, maintenance history, and compliance documentation.
• Develop and manage the fleet budget, including maintenance costs, fuel expenses, and replacement vehicle acquisitions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or service quality
