We seek a skilled and experienced Radiology Director to join our client's team. The Radiology Director will lead the radiology department, ensuring the highest quality, safety, and patient care standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the radiology department, overseeing all aspects of its operation and administration.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of radiology services.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including those set forth by state and federal agencies, as well as accreditation bodies.
• Manage departmental budget, resources, and staffing to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development among radiology staff, promoting innovation and excellence in patient care.
• Stay current on advancements in radiology technology, techniques, and best practices, and implement relevant updates as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong understanding of radiology operations, including imaging modalities, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in healthcare regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
