Lead and inspire a team of dedicated nurses, technicians, and support staff in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative strategies for optimizing patient outcomes and experiences.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, protocols, and best practices to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
Current California RN license and CPR certification.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
