Your Role: As the Clinical Supervisor of Cardiovascular Services, you'll be the guiding force behind our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of dedicated nurses, technicians, and support staff in delivering compassionate and high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative strategies for optimizing patient outcomes and experiences.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, protocols, and best practices to uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality of care.
• Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance the delivery of cardiovascular services and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current California RN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in cardiovascular services, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and inspire team members.
• Proven track record of driving performance improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
