Critical Care RN Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients in the critical care unit during the postoperative phase of open-heart procedures.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and individualized patient care.
- Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide postoperative education to patients and their families.
- Associate degree in nursing required / BSN preferred
- Current Ohio RN license
- At least one year of Critical Care or ICU Nursing experience, preferably in Open-Heart Recovery
- BLS, CPR, and ACLS certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
