RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Action-Orientated

• Reviews store environment and helps manager to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjusts accordingly
• Drives implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring team to meet operational standards
• Develops local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives
• Initiates community outreach through marketing and special events

• Helps to challenge the team to achieve results
• Assists store manager with recognizing and reinforcing individual and team accomplishments by using existing tools and programs as well as finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition

• Handles differences between Guests and Team Members without escalating the situation when store manager is not present
