Server for Small Upscale Dining Restaurant

We are looking for a community minded service professional to join our small team in a well-established fine dining neighborhood restaurant. You should be self-motivated with at least 1 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

This is a community establishment. Socialize with customers on the shared enjoyment of food and being part of the community.

· Provide a positive, friendly experience with each interaction.

· Communicate effectively and with guests and staff.

· Be knowledgeable about our food and beverage items, preparation and presentation.

· Demonstrate efficiency and accuracy when taking, entering, and delivering orders.

· Complete daily side work and weekly cleaning tasks.

· Be a positive representative of our company culture.

· Perform beverage service.

· Check inventory.

· Perform any other actions/responsibilities required by management.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a server.

Thorough understanding of principles and sequence of service.

Team driven mindset and genuine service-oriented approach.

Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Have a keen eye for detail.

Compliance with all safety protocols and sanitation guidelines.

Valid Washington State MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit

Valid King County Food Workers Card.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain standing for extended periods of time.

Wages and Benefits

$17.25 per hour plus tips for a combined estimated $40 to $55 per hour
