We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Foreman to oversee the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

The Production Foreman will be responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring adherence to production schedules, maintaining quality standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate machine as needed responsibility and efficiently
• Supervise and lead production teams to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet production targets and customer demands.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train, mentor, and develop production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance, quality control, and logistics, to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, inventory levels, and employee attendance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement initiatives to streamline production processes and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate machine as needed responsibility and efficiently.
• Complete accident / damage / incident report immediately after any accident / incident or damage occurs.
• Other duties as assigned
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 75 pounds
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and techniques.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
