Family located in Prairie Village (69th and Roe) is looking for a nanny for their 1 and 3 year old! Days would be Monday through Friday and the hours would be 8am-4pm. Family is looking for an experienced, engaging nanny to become a part of their family and grow with them throughout the years. Must be comfortable and able to work independently and alongside the parents. The ideal candidate loves children, has previous long-term experience and knowledge caring for toddlers and enjoys supporting parents in their journey.

The nanny will support with the daily care of the boys. Ideally, someone who is comfortable following the guidance of his parents but also experienced and confident caring for toddlers. Montessori and Reggio Emilia background is strongly preferred.

The family is hoping to find someone who is comfortable doing home-based activities until trust and a natural bond between all parties is established. Eventually, the parents would love their boys and nanny to explore kid-friendly activities or outings.

Tasks:
-providing developmentally beneficial experiences for the boys.
-meal prep/ laundry help/light household management
-Provide phenomenal care to the boys. Duties include ALL child-related tasks - develop encourage age-appropriate activities, being mindful of developmental milestones, picking/tidying up, organizing rooms/toys/clothes, cleaning/sanitizing toy, changing bed linens, washing towels, cleaning bath toys, sanitizing toys, preparing foods, laundry, loading/unloading the dishwasher, restocking wipes, taking inventory of needed items, etc.

Food preparation for the family and laundry will be required.

The duties will change overtime as the boys grow. It is important that the candidate is flexible, adaptable amenable to these changes. Family is asking that the nanny being Covid vaccinated.
