We are seeking reliable and hardworking Food Truck Staff to join our team and assist with the daily operation of our food truck. You will work out of a 7x14 climate-controlled food trailer. The Food Truck Staff will prepare on-demand orders of baked goods and beverages. The staff will maintain a clean and organized work environment and assist the manager with various tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have strong teamwork skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bag baked goods and beverages according to customer order

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to cleaning schedules and safety protocols

• Assist the manager with various tasks as needed

• You must be willing to cross-train as a cashier.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a food service role is preferred

• Strong teamwork skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Knowledge of food safety guidelines

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Fluent in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
