The Account Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the account management team in managing and developing client and internal team relationships. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. What is your day to day? SharePoint Administration: Continuously develop and maintain the account's SharePoint site, including content, lists, libraries, and permissions. Reporting and Presentations: Create accurate and insightful account operations reports and presentations. Onboarding Process: Manage the account onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, suppliers, and contractors ensuring all steps are completed in a timely manner. Procedure and Process Documentation: Create instructions manuals for various account processes. Communications Support: Work closely with account leadership and communications team to create effective communications and campaigns that align with the account's goals and culture. Collaboration Channels: Develop and manage team collaboration channels to engage the account team and ensure easy access to relevant information. Account Award Program: Administer the account's award program to recognize outstanding performance and contributions. JLL Systems Access: Provide technical administration for JLL systems, including granting access and creating user accounts. Account Meetings: Support the coordination of account meetings to facilitate collaboration and communicate important updates. Desired experience and technical skills Required Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in account management or coordination. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
