Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional hospitality services.

Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the restaurant/hotel
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Familiarity with guest relations in a restaurant setting

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
