Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and restoration projects.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize hand tools and power tools to build and repair structures
- Hang doors and install door hardware
- Perform general maintenance person tasks as needed
- Work on drywall, stucco, and other building materials
- Execute construction painting tasks
- Assist in construction estimating processes

Skills:

- Proficiency in building and construction techniques
- Experience with a variety of hand tools and power tools
- Door hanging expertise
- Strong maintenance person skills for general repairs
- Ability to interpret schematics and blueprints effectively
- Knowledge of drywall installation and repair
- Competence in construction painting techniques
- Basic understanding of construction estimating practices
