Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution required
- 2 years in DME, medical, and/or pharmaceutical sales required
- New product launch experience required
- Experience in urology, urogynecology, and/or gynecology, working directly with clinicians and patients strongly preferred
- Experience in neuromodulation is a plus
- Understanding of DME reimbursement process strongly preferred
- Strong business acumen; customer and marketplace expertise
- Valid Driver’s license required
- Self-empowered individual who takes ownership and holds self-accountable for success
- Flexible and adaptable, thrives in ambiguous situations
- Intellectually curious; open to new ideas and creating innovative solutions
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and align with organizational objectives
- Customer-focused with ability to identify, develop, and leverage relationships
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), organizational, planning and presentation skills
- Educate and train urologists, urogynecologists, and patients on The Vivally System and other products and services offered by Avation Medical
- Promote products to targeted HCPs and accounts to achieve business goals
- Develop highly effective territory business plans that include innovative and compliant business strategies to meet or exceed territory objectives
- Work collaboratively with peers and other key internal and client personnel to provide insights on strategies to maximize patient access to product(s)
- Provide Senior Territory Manager and client leadership with timely updates regarding territory and account activities
- Operate within Compliance Guidelines and maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements, including HIPAA
- Complete all job requirements including expenses and paperwork in a timely manner and according to company standards
