We are looking to hire a Receptionist/front desk agent to help our customer service team.

Requirements for our Receptionist/Front Desk/Customer Service Agents Include:

● Provide excellent customer service

● Enthusiasm, Smiles and a Happy Attitude are required for excellent customer service!

● Ability to work Flexible shifts including Sundays.

● Experience with computers

● Experience operating a cash register, switchboard and multi-tasking helpful but not required

Responsibilities for our Receptionist/Front Desk/Customer Service Agents Include:

● Work with minimum supervision

● Making excellent customer service a priority

● Receive guests and others in a courteous, polite and warm manner

● We operate 365 days a year, the Front Desk operates daily with shifts varying from 8:00am to 11:00pm. Friday 3-11pm, Saturday 3-11pm and Sunday shifts will be required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.50 per hour

Expected hours: 22 – 28 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Weekends as needed
