Mitsubishi Electric Trane HVAC US LLC is looking for a Order Management Coordinator in Suwanee, GA.

Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM

POSITION SUMMARY:

Under limited supervision, provides administrative, superior operational, logistics and customer service support to our customers to insure we meet, or exceed, their requirements and expectations.

The essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Analyze technical manuals and wiring schematics to accurately answer customer’s request regarding parts and equipment model numbers, compatibility and other semi technical questions
  • Accurately answer customer’s questions regarding product availability, pricing, order status, freight charges, pro numbers and other product questions.
  • Process customer’s orders in an accurate and expeditious manner, insuring Division policies are adhered to.
  • Have the ability to multi-task in a high volume high pressure atmosphere in a professional manner.
  • Make decisions on whether or not an item may be returned or not, and issuing an RGA when warranted.
  • Insure product compatibility by keeping up with the latest product updates.
  • Be able to offer product substitutions when product is unavailable.
  • Participate in yearly inventory counts.
  • File freight claims on behalf of customers when necessary.
  • Tactfully handle confrontational or stressful interactions with customers on the phone.
  • Investigate and resolve shipment errors, damaged freight and billing errors that may occur and issuing credits when needed.
  • Monitor and expedite all open orders to insure customer’s delivery requirements are met by working closely with the warehouse and logistics departments to insure orders are expedited and routed correctly.
  • Correspond to all phone and email requests and questions in a professional manner insuring quality customer care and service.
  • Assist in cross-training operations group and temporary employees.
  • Responsible for attending training classes to insure questions regarding products and programs can be answered quickly and accurately
  • Provide operations and customer service training to new employees as well as assist with the training of seasonal employees

  • Performs other job functions as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BS degree, professional certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Proven planning, problem-solving, and business logic abilities.
  • Excel experience preferred

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $20.39 and $28.03/ hour however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including target bonus plans and discretionary awards. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan, as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Employees will also receive 80 hours of vacation per year, 56 hours of paid sick leave annually, and 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, depending on hire date. Employees may also take up to 12 weeks of paid or unpaid [parental/disability/emergency/etc.] leave, if eligible.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
