This position is responsibility is to lead the site contractor resources and provide supervisory expertise to support the Manufacturing Strategy. Supervise the resident and non-resident contract employees to ensure that the site Maintenance and Reliability strategy is implemented effectively. Ensure safe work practices, maintenance work processes, and engineering standards are followed during execution of contractor maintenance activities in alignment with the department goals and objectives.
