Pay Range: $66k - $83k

Percentage of Time Travel Required Per Year: 40%

A Regional Marketing Representative job in Texas is available at MITER Brands. You must have five-plus years of experience in a similar role. You will drive regional marketing
initiatives, and coordinate marketing training and dealer events.

Essential Functions

• Coordinating location marketing activities.
• Performs responsibilities in purchases and disseminates promotion materials.
• Customer/dealer’s liaison.
• Supports the sales and promotion team with growth efforts.
• Promote and coordinate plant tours, training, and dealer events.
• Manage and track promotional rebates.
• Plan to manage and track the advertising budget.
• Oversee results of the location’s lead management program
• Work with national support centers and local teams to maintain brand identity and uniform messaging.
• Create effective promotion plans to support location revenue goals.
• Coordinate and assist the sales team and customers in-home show activities.
• Manage and drive coop utilization and other marketing initiatives with Milgard Dealers
• Work closely with outside sales reps to support dealer initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• You should possess a minimum of five-plus years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in a Manufacturing Sales Environment
• Preferred a strong knowledge base of the building products.
• Excellent customer facing skills with strong communication skills (including writing and presentation skills). Social Media and other digital experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related discipline
