We are a small startup internet service provider with big ambitions. We’re poised for growth and are looking for an energetic, self-motivated sales leader. This Direct Sales Representative position is an opportunity to unleash your entrepreneurial energy. You will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth through a variety of creative outbound strategies including calling, networking, community events, and referrals. You will find new business and residential customers throughout Ventura County and sign them up for our services that best meet their internet data and phone needs.
What You’ll Do
You’ll generate new leads, close sales, and pitch upgrades. You’ll become an expert at sales prospecting, finding referrals, and developing partner relationships. You’ll work directly with our marketing team to create your own sales campaigns and presentation materials. You’ll work with our network operations team to identify the best geographic areas to target. You’ll also:
- Identify and manage leads from first contact through installation in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
- Answer questions about the features and benefits of our products.
- Perform door-to-door business introductions and provide customers with marketing materials.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma and relevant sales or customer service experience.
- Driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Experience in Microsoft Office products.
Preferred
- BS/BA degree
- 2 - 4 years of marketing and sales experience.
- Salesforce or Splynx CRM experience.
- Internet & VoIP service knowledge.
- Fluent in Spanish.
Compensation Package
- Target Annual Salary is $60,000 to $65,000. Base Salary $40,000 plus Commission ranging up to an additional $60,000. There is a two-month ramp up period to adjust to commission earnings.
