Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Prepare and present insurance quotes to clients
- Process policy applications, endorsements, and renewals
- Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and coverage options
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and HIPAA guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail sales or insurance sales
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive rates for clients
- Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of benefits administration is preferred
- Proficient in sales administration software and CRM systems
- Must have a valid driver's license
