**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Crew Leader to join our team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the activities of team members on various projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in supervising landscaping and lawn care projects and ensuring quality control.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and coordinate the work of team members

- Provide guidance and direction to the team

- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications

- Review and interpret project quotes within jobber app.

- Collaborate with product providers and clients

- Utilize software such as the jobber app.

**Experience:**

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in landscaping and lawn care

- Strong understanding of quality control processes

- Ability to read and interact with the jobber

- Knowledge of contract management

Pay: $19.50 - $26.00 per hour
