Mitchell Martin is Hiring a Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Tele Near Patchogue, NY
Type: Contract
Schedule: 07:00pm - 07:30am (includes a 30 min break)
Location: Patchogue, NY
Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating and documenting individual patient needs, actions taken and patient responses.
• Coordinate patient care through collaboration with the patient/family and healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician, clinical path or standard protocols.
• Performs other functions as required within the RN scope of practice
Requirements:
• New York State Licensed Registered Nurse
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• At least one current year of experience in Med Surg/Tele
• BCLS and ACLS Preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
