Location : Wayne Pa / Des Moines - Hybrid 2 days onsite

As an Out of Business Specialist, you'll handle customers who can no longer meet their contractual obligations.

Key tasks include :

• Verifying out-of-business claims.
• Coordinating asset returns and liquidation value assessments.
• Negotiating settlements.
• Managing out-of-business notifications.
• Ensuring timely contract terminations and equipment returns.

Requirements :

• 1-3 years of commercial transaction and workout experience.
• Knowledge of resolution strategies for complex situations.
• Strong communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Influence on recoveries and risk costs.
