A leading non-profit provider in NJ is looking for a Licensed Clinician to join their team in their In-Home Recovery Program. You would provide in-home support to help people recover from addiction to drugs and alcohol. Services provided include intensive in-home treatment, family support services, individual case management, MAT, co-occurring services, and therapy groups. They offer a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and family counseling.
• Provide clinical intervention as the parent-child clinician for six clients.
• Provide individual/substance use support for six clients.
• Utilize the tools of Family Based Recovery (FBR).
• Perform comprehensive assessments for mental health, risk factors, motivation, needs, and interventions.
• Conduct developmental screenings for children.
• Co-facilitate a weekly parent-child therapy group.
• Attend weekly parent-child outpatient group for one evening per week.
• Provide individual psychotherapy to address comorbid mental health issues.
• Conduct toxicology screens with clients.
• Refer clients to medication-assisted treatment, as appropriate.
• Attend all required meetings and trainings

Qualifications:

• Qualified to provide substance use disorder treatment in New Jersey as either a LAC, LSW or LPC, LCSW, LCADC, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience working in a substance use related field and with children preferred.
• Trauma-informed skillset required for cross training.
• Ability to work some evenings and an on-call rotation each month.
• CPR Certification.
