A prestigious health care system is seeking to hire multiple CT Technologists to join their team in Allentown, PA!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs with latitude for independent judgement, ingenuity or initiative, CT scans of designated anatomy which may include oral contrast and/or a high-pressure injection of contrast material as requested by a physician's specifications, while adhering to necessary radiation safety precautions.
• Performs imaging examinations using established protocols with the level of knowledge acquired through completion of occupationally specific education.
• Member in good standing with the ARRT.
• Must possess a high degree of maturity and exercise individual judgement in working with patients, equipment and personnel that are involved in CT exams.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to deal effectively and ethically with medical and confidential information relating to patients, families, physicians, and nursing personnel.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology. Certified by ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology.

Licensure and Certification:

• ARRT in Diagnostic Radiology required. Advanced CT certification preferred.
• BLS Certification preferred.
