We are Hiring an HVAC In Home Sales / Comfort Consultant.Be part of our growing team! We are looking for someone with a high level of integrity, honesty, and who genuinely enjoys working directly with customers.
What We Have To Offer
Pay: Base Commission, potential annual earning $100,000
Work Hours: Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality and the Consumer Sales Professional may regulate their work hours accordingly.

- Meeting with customers in their homes
- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs
- Educating customers on HVAC equipment and in-door air quality products
- Clear and concise communication with company's customers and employees
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
- Hands on training on sales process and equipment
- Build long-term successful client relationships
- 2 years consultative sales experience
- In home sales experience in HVAC or similar industry desired
- Excellent customer service and follow up skills
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Able to go where customers current HVAC equipment is located, attics, crawlspaces etc.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
