PROGRAM COORDINATOR, CHUNG LAB, Picower Institute for Learning and Memory, to assume a pivotal role responsible for overall administration, procurement, office inventory management, and logistics for a large NIH UM1 research center. The responsibilities also include scheduling routine sub-team, program, and center-wide meetings; providing technical support to leadership and lab personnel; serving as the primary point of contact for non-research-related laboratory issues; acting as the sole purchaser for the lab; assisting with compiling quarterly and annual reports; performing copy-editing and proofreading tasks as needed; managing vendor relationships, service contracts, the lab website, software/licenses, and the lab calendar; ensuring meticulous recordkeeping; and undertaking other duties as required to support the efficient operation of the center.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; at least two years of administrative and/or program management experience; proficiency with office software and data management tools; excellent organizational, multitasking, and written and verbal communication skills; meticulous attention to detail; discretion and good judgment with confidential information; ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
