What you would do:Your job duties/responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:Work closely with consultants and vendors to solicit, review, and execute contracts in a timely mannerEvaluate the local code requirements and permitting processes and schedule deadlines accordinglyWork closely with project designer(s) to ensure project is coordinated with all parties involvedCoordinate with outside design professionals for engineered drawings and specificationsCoordinate with vendors for equipment drawings and specificationsCoordinate with consultants, vendors and AHJ throughout the process to ensure that all matters pertaining to the project and schedule are communicated and addressed in a timely mannerWork closely with consultants and vendors to coordinate and track project documentsPrepare applications and associated pre-application documents for submittal to AHJProcess and submit construction documents to AHJ as needed for permittingProvide weekly project status reportsOther duties as assigned by the Director How you will shine:Minimum 4 years of experience in architectural or engineering related design or similar fieldFamiliarity with construction documents requirements for commercial projectsWorking knowledge of the design and permitting processProficiency with Microsoft OfficeProficiency with BluebeamProficiency with Abode Acrobat DCProficiency with Microsoft Project or similar project management system a plusProficiency with AutoCAD a plusExcellent writing, communication, time management, and interpersonal skills with a high level of attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deliverables, and competing timelinesHardworking and acts with a sense of urgency to accomplish key objectivesWillingness to travel as neededCar wash experience a plus
