Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of irrigation technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Project Sales & Management: Oversee irrigation system projects from design to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Irrigation System Design: Collaborate with clients and designers to develop effective irrigation plans that meet landscape and water efficiency goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems.
  • Client Relations: Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate project records, including specifications, expenses, and client communications.
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am - 5:30pm

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in irrigation system management, including design and maintenance.
  • Understanding of water conservation practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google Products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.)
  • Effectively communicate, present information, and respond to questions, both verbal and written.
  • Use of ServiceTitan is a plus.
  • Ability to organize, multi-task, plan, and set priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Work independently and in team settings.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment with a strong attention to detail.
