General Job Description:

The Administrator will oversee all school persons and activities. This individual will lead the school in a manner that serves the LORD providing spiritual and organizational leadership to all staff, students, and families in all day-to-day activities as well as serving the school in managing all administration duties and directing the future path and growth of the school. This role will represent the school and its core values in relation to current and prospective families, friends and donors, churches and faith communities and the community at large.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A committed Christian who is active in an evangelical church
  • Align with the core values and mission of the school.
  • Take God’s Word not as a simple concept to be taught, but as truth to be lived in worship, service, and interpersonal relationships.
  • Reflect a life, both personally and professionally, that is Christ-like and based on biblical values.
  • Understand, appreciate, love, and serve the students entrusted to them for instruction, and provide for their fullest spiritual, intellectual, physical, and emotional development.

  • Knowledge and proficiency of computers, databases, e-mail procedures, Microsoft Office and Google programs, and modern office equipment, practices and procedures.

Job Type:

· Full-time, 12 month (July-June), annually contracted, exempt/salaried position

Schedule:

· Monday to Friday 7:45-4:30 and other hours as needed.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree with Administration certification preferred.

Experience:

· Previous administration experience, preferably in a Christian School
