• Development of novel drug and gene delivery systems, as well as synthesis and characterization of established drug and gene delivery systems and nanomedicine using in vitro and ex vivo models.
• Maintaining core equipment and train students on nanoparticle synthesis, and nanoparticle fabrication and biological assays.
• Write reports and manuscripts.

PhD degree in chemistry or biochemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, medicine, or health-related areas. Five or more years of experience in the field of nanofibers and nanoparticles fabrication, characterization with the emphasis on using antioxidants in development of a novel treatment for ocular diseases.
