General FunctionGeneral office responsibilities including interacting with student workers, processing mail, connecting documents with student records, responding to prospective student’s phone calls.
Description Of Primary DutiesA typical work week is five/six hours per day, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. No Saturdays or Sundays. Duties include organizing mail, data entry, scanning documents, connecting scanned documents with student records, as well as providing excellent telephone customer service to prospective students. Training is provided for all tasks that are unique to the office. Attention to detail and good customer service are a must.
Minimum Acceptable QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer and communication skills. General office experience preferred.
Additional QualificationsSpecial Instructions to ApplicantsA typical work week is five/six hours per day, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 or 2:00 p.m. However, applicant must be available to work 6-7 hours per day during breaks and during peak times in the fall or as needed.
