Description of Primary Duties

• Attempt approximately 60 calls during each shift
• Use Slate CRM software to keep accurate call records (training provided)
• Follow up with students or families when additional information or assistance is needed
• Share your passion for Missouri State and the Missouri State experience!
• Complete other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications - Must be an undergraduate student enrolled full time at Missouri State with a cumulative GPA of at least Must be available to work at least two shifts per week, and preference will be given to candidates who can work Thursday evenings.

Each shift is from 5 to 8 and the work location is the Office of Admission, Carrington Hall .

• Must be enthusiastic about Missouri State and interested in sharing that passion with prospective students
• Must have strong verbal communication skills and be comfortable on the phone
