Duties:
Facilitate supervised visits for parents and their children engaged in the child welfare system or facing an active court case related to parenting concerns, safety, or parent/child bonding. Offer guidance, parental education, and redirection as necessary, with observations documented in a report sent to the relevant parties.
Deliver in-home services collaborating with parents and families to establish safe, nurturing environments. Assist in achieving goals outlined by case workers and judges to facilitate the children's return home.
- Social work background: Knowledge of social work principles, theories, and practices.
Must be willing to work 2 evenings a week until 7pm OR a weekend day
Looking for 20-30 hours per week
Priority goes to individuals willing to travel to surrounding communities
