MBCH Children and Family Ministries is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse for our campus in Peculiar, MO, near Kansas City.

Signing Bonus $1,000.00!!!

Registered Nurse responsibilities include:

• Provide nursing care for clients and staff
• Provide health education
• Review medical charts/plans, monitor medication
• Medical Quality Control – monitor and ensure compliance
• Infection Control – monitor and ensure compliance
• Health Regulations/Testing – monitor and ensure compliance
• Training – Medication training for foster parents and staff, in-service classes

Qualifications

Registered Nurse primary requirements/qualifications include:

• MBCH Children & Family Ministries is a faith-based Christian organization and candidates will share our Christian faith, values, and ministry focus.
• Current and active MO Registered Professional Nurse License
• 3 years’ experience in medical nursing or similar childcare/DMH facilities
• Psychiatric experience highly preferred
• CPR/First Aid Instructor through American Red Cross desired
• Demonstrable excellent relationship-building skills
• Demonstrable excellent writing and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
