Missoula Dental Arts is a new practice in Missoula. It is a general dentistry practice that will have an emphasis on sleep medicine, oral surgery, and sedation(oral and IV). We are seeking a skilled general dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care and excellent patient service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine dental exams on patients of all ages
- Diagnose and treat various dental issues
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, and crowns
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software systems
- Adhere to infection control protocols and aseptic techniques
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in managing medical records and utilizing dental software (Eaglesoft)
- Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and infection control in a dental office setting
- Understanding of dental anatomy and treatment procedures
- Experience working with CAD/CAM technology is a plus
- Proficient in the use of a Trios 5 scanner
- Ability to work with pediatric patients is desirable
- Majority of the practice is geriatric and must be comfortable presenting complex treatment plans and handling pharmacological interactions with medically compromised patients.
-Majority of the treatment performed in the office is strictly FFS, but in-network with certain insurances.
