• Ensuring service is provided to patients in accordance with company standards
• Assisting in providing a safe environment for patients, visitors, and other staff
• Check patients in and out
• Schedule patient appointments
• Verification of patient’s insurance
• Collect co-pays, balance daily totals, deposit money daily; scan payment sheets
• Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
• Scan patient documents for provider dictation and records
• Prepare patients’ medical record documents for the Medical Records Custodian
• Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Any exercise or function deemed necessary by management in the operation of the clinic.
• Front Desk receptionist will be required to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.50 - $12.50 per hour
