he duties and responsibilities of the MDS Coordinator - LPN/RN include the coordination of Resident Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments, implementation of individual plans of care with interdisciplinarian approach in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and the established policies and procedures at Methodist Senior Services, to maximize fulfilling the care-giving needs of residents. The person(s) holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties and responsibilities.

inimum QualificationsN
ursing degree from an accredited nursing program, college or university. Current unencumbered Mississippi LPN/RN license. Minimum age of 21 years old; at least one year experience working in a long term care setting, a hospital or other health care institution. The MDS Coordinator - LPN will have at least three years experience implementing total patient care and care planning, and in making sound nursing judgments in a nursing home or other geriatric setting.R
