Job Overview:
The purpose of this job is to maintain and support all networked MLC computer hardware, software, printers, and phone systems. Duties include but are not limited to; trouble-shooting end-user hardware, repairing and upgrading workstations, responding to questions, complaints, and requests for information by phone or in person and monitoring systems, setting up new user software and hardware.

Responsibilities:
The following duties are normal for this job. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.

• Remediate end-user hardware and software issues.
• Provide troubleshooting and support to remote users over the phone.
• Responsible for monitoring, identifying, investigating, and remediating all cyber threat events.
• Process and catalog helpdesk tickets and other support requests.
• Repair and update all workstations and printers/copiers.
• Preform software imaging and restores.
• Responsible for the installation of new workstations.
• Responsible for the relocation and/or setup of MLC equipment within the office.
• Evaluate current software and hardware to determine effectiveness for MLC utilization and makes appropriate recommendations.
• Verify and ensure appropriate security patches are installed on all MLC end-user computers.
• Work with the Network Administrator and IT Team to accomplish tasks assigned by the VP of Gaming & IT.

Education and/or Experience:
Associate degree in technical-related discipline, or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.

• Experience with Windows OS.
• Experience with MacOS and iOS.
• Familiarity with Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Azure, and Intune.
• Ability to research an issue and find solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
