Missisquoi Valley Union Middle/High School (MVU) is seeking a professional, energetic Health Education Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year.The ideal candidate will have strong personal health & wellness knowledge and be familiar with National Health Education Standards. Applicants must be well versed in and ready to provide health education instruction to a diverse population of students, grade 7-12.MVU provides educational services for approximately 800 students, grades 7-12 coming from Franklin, Highgate, and Swanton schools, as well as students from neighboring towns offering school choice. The chosen candidate will join a dynamic, dedicated staff that is continuously moving on a journey towards instructional excellence. Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: -Hold (or be eligible to hold) a valid Vermont teaching license with the appropriate endorsement.
