MissionVet Specialty & Emergency is Hiring a RRM (Referral Relationship Manager) Near San Antonio, TX

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated RRM (Referral Relationship Manager) for our Referring Community of Doctors of Veterinary Medicine) to join our company. This person oversees generating new business and maintaining established relationships. An RRM’s day-to-day role involves pitching the business to potential new partners, managing referral relations, and being the key contact for partnerships. An RRM is usually adept at seeking new business collaboration opportunities. You will be responsible for maximizing our relationships potential, advocating for the hospital, crafting plans, pitching plans to administration, community outreach, and reporting on the metrics and success of those plans, while managing referral marketing and other activities. An ideal candidate is creative, analytical, self-guided, and has fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. We want someone that is self-driven and takes pride in and makes it their mission to grow relationships in all ways possible. The position advises and works in the planning, budgeting and execution of the annual referral marketing strategy. Guidance for the marketing strategy is based on data collection and analysis, knowledge of industry trends, and understanding of best marketing practices. This person will work closely with our marketing coordinator, Hospital Director, and Medical Director. They will report to the Hospital Director.

The Referral Liaison part of this position maintains relationships with referring veterinarians and their practices.

Physical

  • Maintain up-to-date EazyVet rDVM information
  • Initiate hospital visits and deliveries
  • Maintain social media presence and build interactive audience on social media platforms; maintain awareness of new social media platforms for potential expansion with our current marketing coordinator
  • Monitor online reputation, manage online business listing content, and solicit or write public responses to counter negative reviews on public sites with our current team
  • Survey email requests
  • Perform routine visits to referring veterinary hospitals to show appreciation for referrals and provide up to date marketing materials for the appropriate location
  • Maintain up-to-date email list for all rDVMs to send updates
  • Annual attendance of conferences and shows for our different specialties and ER
  • Organize and execute local & regional Continuing Education (CE) events
  • Active participation in designated booths at various community and public awareness events
  • Work with Marketing Coordinator to update organization forms and other collateral as needed
  • Work with marketing coordinator to ensure up-to-date website information
  • On-going tracking of ROI
  • Designing various consumables that are distributed to all area DVMS

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one-two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills
