We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and reporting, with a focus on governmental accounting, corporate finance, and financial concepts. Duties:

• Conduct financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
• Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Develop financial models through benchmarking and process analysis

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field preferred.
• Four or more years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting software.
• Experience working with financial analysis.

Requirements:

• You must be a U.S. Citizen to obtain the required NASA badge
• Must be able to effectively communicate the English language, both verbally and written, effectively.
• Must have, and maintain, a valid Texas driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment background check and drug screen test.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
