Responsibilities
- Utilize loan officer experience to underwrite and process mortgage loans efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination and processing stages.
- Conduct credit analysis and ensure compliance with TILA and Fair Housing regulations.
- Utilize accounting software to manage financial services related to mortgage loans.
- Collaborate with clients to negotiate terms and finalize loan agreements.
- Stay updated on FNMA guidelines and mortgage servicing practices.
- Handle escrow, contracts, and banking transactions accurately.
- Utilize 10 key typing skills and basic math to process loan documentation effectively.
