No previous art experience is required! All instructors regardless of background, are trained to teach children and/or adults how to draw and paint through our unique and exclusive art training program.

Mission: Renaissance Fine Art Classes has long been recognized as the largest fine art program in the world with locations across Southern California, North Dallas, Texas, and our revolutionary virtual-live classes. With over 48 years as the leader in the fine art education industry, we have successfully coached tens of thousands of students in the art of drawing and painting, using a proprietary curriculum called The Gluck Method.

The Gluck Method consists of information, demonstrations, exercises, and goal-oriented assignments – all arranged to build artistic talent from the ground up. The Method transforms someone without “natural talent” into someone with the ability and skill to create beautiful works of art.

In addition to our public classes, our instructor training academies provide detailed training programs that educate the right candidates in all aspects of instructing and/or managing a Mission: Renaissance studio including:

· Fine Art Instruction/Product Delivery

· Administrative/Management Activities

· Customer Service

· Promotion and Marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Participate in regular training activities to advance and stay current with growing trends and expansion within the company.

· Deliver classes to students using our proprietary, copyrighted method of art instruction – The Gluck Method.

· Coach, support, and keep students progressing in their individual artistic growth.

· Willingness to support studio activities and public events at various locations when needed.

· Comfortably and clearly communicate with the public about our classes and method of instruction.

· Communicate and work collaboratively with team members in an effort to support the growth of student programs and the company mission.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Previous teaching/instructing experience a plus but not required.

· High school diploma/equivalent or beyond.

· Basic computer skills.

· Management experience is a plus.

· PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of our clientele, full background checks and fingerprinting will be required.

Training will be conducted at our Corporate Training Center in Pasadena.

The initial schedule will consist of:

Tuesday through Friday: 9:30 am – 4:30 pm (Training)

Saturday: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm (In Studio Training/Instructing)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

The pay scale starts at $17.25/hour. Pay increases based on training program advancement.

Bonus/incentive programs available for studio management personnel.
