As a Family Law Paralegal, you'll be the backbone of our legal team, providing essential support to our attorneys with the precision of JARVIS and the heart of Sam Wilson. You'll assist in managing cases involving divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence, ensuring our clients receive the heroic support they deserve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Organize and maintain case files with the meticulousness of Alfred managing the Batcave.
- Legal Research: Assist attorneys with legal research, digging into details like Oracle uncovering crucial intel.
- Document Preparation: Prepare and draft legal documents with the accuracy of Vision.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients, providing them with updates and assistance akin to Lois Lane's dedication to getting the story.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate court appearances like Pepper Potts running Stark Industries.
- Trial Preparation: Assist in preparing for trials and hearings, ensuring everything is in place like Happy Hogan ensuring Tony Stark's safety.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
