Thursday-Sunday 9:00 AM-5:30 PM -Admissions Coordinator **Must be able to work every weekend**

Mission Hills Post Acute Care is looking for an Admissions Coordinator to join our team! You will be providing clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.

We are a 75 bed SNF right in the heart of San Diego; minutes away from Little Italy, The Gaslamp District and Hillcrest!

What we’re looking for:

Someone excited to provide exemplary care to our residents!

This individual will be providing assistance at our front desk and admissions department; checking in residents, taking phone calls, touring potential new admissions and their families, verifying insurance, completing admissions paperwork, managing referral portals and working with local hospitals for potential new residents amidst other front desk duties.

Education/Requirements:

Strong communication skills (Bilingual fluency a plus)

Must be reliable

Able to self-start, problem solve and multitask

Must be available for a flexible schedule: Thursday-Sunday and able to pick up shifts as needed. Only apply if you're able to fully commit to this schedule.
